In June 2019, 9 of her family members spent a week on São Miguel, the largest of the Azores' 9 islands, chosen for its culture, exotic natural features, quick travel time, responsible tourism, and gastronomic delights. Pulling from the family's travel diaries and shared photographs, Lisa's talk will inspire you to learn more about this often overlooked Portuguese island.
