Due to the closure of all AOS 91 schools and the recent local spike in Covid19 cases, the Bass Harbor Memorial Library will be moving to curbside and window service only for at least two weeks, starting Tuesday January 5, until Tuesday January 19. Only staff will be allowed inside the building yet all of our cleaning and quarantining protocols will be the same.
We will continue lending materials via our lobby or outside tables. We will still offer printing and Wi-Fi and will also be able to assist you through our service window located to the right of the main entrance. Just ring the bell and we can help you.
We also offer delivery of materials on the west side of the island. Please email or call to place holds and arrange for delivery.

Please call 207-244-3798 or email librarian@bassharborlibrary.com to request books or services. Our hours will remain the same: Tuesday and Wednesday 10-5, Thursday 10-8 and Saturday 10-2.
If you or anyone you know requires any additional assistance due to illness, quarantine or general pandemic information/help please do not hesitate to call or email me.
Be well, Lisa Murray
